Just purchased this pemf bed mat to test, and proof of concept. Day 1, 2 usually have some type of back pain from sitting in chairs at the wfh office over 20 years. The back pain went away overnight and is non existent, in addition to a sense of clarity in the morning. interesting, Curious to see how this works over time. I give it 4 stars, since there are higher priced mats, but for the price this is turning to be useful.
My husband has a very laborious job and comes home every night exhausted. I bought this in hopes of helping him get better sleep and overall rejuvenation. It seems to be working and quite well! Not only is he feeling well rested, joint aches and soreness are subsiding and his mood and energy levels seem to have improved. I must say the same for myself! These are machine washable as well, which makes life easier.

Seems to fit my twin xl well. Came with a continuity tester with a cord and an outlet tester. Will be using tonight. So far I am pleased. Can’t speak to longevity.
I liked that there was a grounding tester included so that you could easily see if the mat is functioning properly. It’s very easy to set up, and elastic straps on each side hold it in place on the bed. I’ve only used it one night so far, but I felt like I slept deeper and woke up with less pain than usual.
